At the core of this project was a clear challenge: how to ensure the safety of thousands of spectators without obstructing their view of the action on the pitch. The solution needed to provide robust protection for the public moving to and from their seats while maintaining an open, immersive experience.

To preserve the pitch views and ensure public safety, the team installed MEGAgrip frameless glass balustrade channels. Since the installation was in a high-traffic commercial environment, the system was required to meet a 3.0kN line load in accordance with building regulations and safety standards for public areas. To achieve this, the installers used MEGAgrip channel systems, combined with 25.5 mm-thick SentryGlas glass panels.

The result is a visually unobtrusive yet highly strong safety barrier that enhances the spectator experience while complying with strict safety codes. The frameless glass balustrades blend seamlessly into the stadium design, providing uninterrupted views and peace of mind.
